  • Don't scrape the site, resell its price data or abuse other users.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Pullfolio (the “Service”) is operated by Tung Nguyen (“we”, “us”). These terms are an agreement between you and us about your use of the Service, including its website, emails and any data you get from it. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Access

  • Sign-up may be open to everyone or need an invite code. An invite code is personal to the person it was sent to; don't share or sell it. We may limit the number of accounts.
  • The core of the Service is free. What the free plan includes and the optional paid plan, Pullfolio+, are described in section 5; nothing is ever charged without your explicit sign-up at checkout.
  • The Service is new and keeps changing. Features may change, be removed or be unavailable, and prices may be missing, stale or wrong. Keep your own copy of anything important; you can export your holdings and sales as CSV at any time.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
  • Give a real email address you control and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us promptly at hello@pullfolio.app if you think it has been accessed without your permission.
  • One person per account. Accounts can't be transferred.

4. Prices and other information

Market data comes from third-party price sources: TCGplayer market prices (via TCGCSV), JustTCG, Cardmarket (converted from euros at the European Central Bank's daily rate), Scryfall, YGOPRODeck, TCGdex, Lorcast and PriceCharting. Their data is refreshed on a schedule, so it can lag the market. Their prices are averages of observed market activity, not a price any seller will honor. None of these sources endorse the Service or are responsible for it. A card's price names the source it came from, and its card page lists every source's price and when each was last updated. Portfolio values, profit and loss figures, alerts and any tax-related exports are estimates calculated from those prices and from what you enter.

Nothing on the Service is an offer to buy or sell, an appraisal, or financial, investment or tax advice. Check prices and figures yourself before relying on them. Price alerts are sent on a best effort basis and can be late, duplicated or missed.

5. Pullfolio+ (the paid plan)

  • What it is. Pullfolio+ unlocks seller tools (the sales log, profit and loss, sell alerts, and holdings with cost basis), unlimited price emails, full price history, premium cover materials, every charm, premium display-case materials and metal zip pulls. Everything else stays free: unlimited binders, every game, Goals with 3 price emails, every Display tool, 30 days of price history and the CSV exports of your holdings and sales. Accounts created during the beta, before these plans took effect, keep the earlier free features: seller tools, unlimited price emails and 90 days of price history. We may add to Pullfolio+; we won't move a free feature behind it without telling you first.
  • Prices. $3.99 a month, $29.99 a year, or $69 once for lifetime access, in US dollars, plus any sales tax shown at checkout. The price you agree to at checkout is what you pay; we'll email you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your renewal.
  • Automatic renewal. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period and charge the payment method on file until you cancel. Lifetime is a single payment and never renews.
  • Cancelling. Cancel any time from Account settings → Manage billing (the Stripe customer portal). Pullfolio+ stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, then the plan stops renewing and your account is back on its free plan. Everything you made is kept: your premium looks rest (shown plain), and what your free plan doesn't include (such as seller tools, or price emails past your first 3) is locked until you subscribe again.
  • Refunds. Monthly and yearly payments aren't refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires it. Lifetime can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of buying it. A refunded or charged-back purchase ends the access it paid for. Write to hello@pullfolio.app.
  • Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. If a renewal fails, Stripe retries for a while and Pullfolio+ stays on meanwhile; if it can't be collected, the plan ends.
  • Pullfolio+ never sells random items, packs or limited-time drops. Any one-off cosmetic we sell in future will show exactly what you get before you pay.

6. Shop links and affiliate links

Goals and Display link to shops so you can find a card or a case. Links marked “affiliate link” go to eBay through the eBay Partner Network: if you buy after following one, we may earn a small commission, at no extra cost to you. TCGplayer links carry no affiliate code. Deals and products are ordered by price and by how good the deal is, never by what we might earn. The shops are independent of us; what you buy there is between you and the seller.

7. Your content

“Your content” is what you put into the Service: your collection, purchase costs, sales and imported sales files, alerts, notes and feedback. You keep all rights to it. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display it to you, as needed to run the Service.

Feedback. If you send us ideas or feedback, we can use them without owing you anything.

You're responsible for your content and promise you have the right to upload it. Don't upload other people's personal information (for example buyer names and addresses in a marketplace export) beyond what the import needs; we don't need it and ask you to strip it where you can.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, crawl, bulk download or systematically copy prices or catalog data, or use them to build or feed a competing product or data set;
  • resell, sublicense or redistribute price data from the Service;
  • probe, overload or bypass the Service's security, rate limits or invite system, or access accounts or data that aren't yours;
  • use the Service to break the law or anyone else's rights, or to send spam.

Personal, non-commercial use of your own exports and of prices you look up one at a time is fine.

9. Our content, card images and trademarks

The Service's software, design and text belong to us or our licensors; these terms don't give you any rights to them beyond using the Service. Price data belongs to its providers and is used under their terms.

Card names, card images, set symbols and game names are trademarks and copyrights of their owners, including The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Bandai, Disney and Ravensburger. They are shown only to identify cards. We are not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any of them. Rights holders can ask us to remove material by writing to hello@pullfolio.app; we act on takedown requests the same day where we can.

10. Suspension and ending your account

You can stop using the Service at any time. Account settings has a Delete my account button: after you confirm with your password, it cancels any Pullfolio+ subscription (no further charges; a refund, if one applies under section 5, is handled by email) and permanently deletes your account and everything in it. You can also ask us at hello@pullfolio.app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the Service or other users at risk, and we may end the Service altogether; if we end it while you have a paid plan, we'll refund the unused part (for lifetime, a fair share of what you paid). Where we reasonably can, we'll give notice first so you can export your data. Sections 4, 7 (the aggregated licence), 9, 11, 12 and 14 survive after your account ends.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service or any price will be available, timely, accurate or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, trading losses, lost data or lost goodwill, arising from or related to the Service or these terms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $50.

Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, email you at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of New York and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard only in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.

15. Everything else

These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about the Service. If a part of them is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a right isn't a waiver of it. You can't transfer these terms; we can, in connection with a merger or sale of the Service. Questions: hello@pullfolio.app.
