Yes. Settings downloads your whole collection as a CSV file, and each binder exports its own, on the free plan.
How do I switch from TCG Collector to Pullfolio?
TCG Collector's export is a Premium feature, and we haven't checked its file format. Import cards (/app/import) also takes a pasted list, one card per line with how many, its name and number ("2x Bulbasaur 001"), or tick the cards you have on each set's page.
